<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-vehicle contents reproducing device and on-vehicle contents reproducing control system capable of preventing reproduction of contents in an OFF state of an ACC switch. <P>SOLUTION: This on-vehicle contents reproducing device is formed so that an ACC line 3 may be connected, power may be supplied from a battery 2 when the ACC switch 5 is in an ON state, a second power supply line 25 may be connected, and power may be supplied from the battery 2 when a second switch 17 is in an ON state.
