A method for plasty of wound defect after inferior eyelid cutaneous carcinoma ablation comprises transposition transfer of the cellulocutaneous flap on the wound, as consistent with which the cancer is excised with formation of the rectangular wound. The tongue-shaped cellulocutaneous flap is formed on the lateral wound edge, the flap’s base is on the line, which is the extension of the upper wound edge and equals half of the its length, and the ratio between the flap’s height and wound’s length is 3:2, after that a cheek’s tissue cut is extended from the lower medial wound coner to the horizontal line level, which coincides with the formed flap apex. The wound plasty is carried out by the medially flap rotation by 90° with the next reconstruction of the inferior eyelid skin, at that the residual defect is closed by the cheek cellulocutaneous flap upward dislocation. |
