PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing method for uniformly dispersing various granular substances including pigment and a filler into a moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt resin. SOLUTION: The mixing method comprises mixing a moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt resin (A) in a heated molten state jetted by pressure application at 7.5×10<SP>3</SP>kPa-2.3×10<SP>4</SP>kPa with a composition (B) composed of a granular substance (b1) jetted by pressure application at 7.5×10<SP>3</SP>kPa-2.3×10<SP>4</SP>kPa and a vehicle (b2) in a liquid at a normal temperature or in a heated molten state by collision of the components.
