PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laterally-easily-tearing laminated film used for a laminated packing bag capable of easily opening the bag in a lateral direction and selecting an opening location and a laterally-easily tearing laminated packing bag. SOLUTION: The laminated packing bag comprises an easily-tearing film layer 11 having an easily-tearing characteristic, a laterally-directional film layer 12 having an easily-tearing characteristic orthogonal to a stretching direction, a base material film layer 13 made of a base material having a designated function in response to its contents, and glueing layers 14 and 15 respectively arranged between the easily-tearing film layer 11 and laterally-directional film layer 12, and the laterally-directional film layer 12 and base material film layer 13.
