PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sample a definite amount of a liquid (specimen) by simple operation regardless of a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This spuit 10 is provided with a spuit body 11 having an injection port 15 at its one end and an operation part 17 at its other end. A base plate part 20 for regulating the operation quantity of the operation part 17 is provided to the operation part 17 and the operation quantity of the operation part 17 is regulated by the base plate part 20 to be made constant to make the suction amount of a liquid constant.
