PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration treatment method of an elastic pavement object enabling easy recycle of the elastic pavement object using a urethane binder. SOLUTION: The regeneration treatment method of an elastic pavement object containing rubber, aggregate and a urethane binder is disclosed. The method includes the decomposition step of adding a BS-UE5 strain (FERM P-20243), which is an yeast belonging to the Pseudozyma species, to the elastic pavement object to decompose the urethane binder by a microorganism.
