ARCH FILING MECHANISM

An arc filing mechanism comprises a base (1) and an annular hook (3) placed on the base for drilling through papers. The annular hook (3) has a fixed end (31) for drilling through loose-leaf papers and a movable end (32) which revolves around an axis of rotation and folds with the fixed end (31) to form two closed settled rings when rotating to its lowest position. The movable end (32) includes two sections of circular structures (322,323) and a connecting section (321) that joins onto the lower portions of the two circular structures. A handle (2) is connected on the upper portion of the connecting section (321) for depressing and rebounding the movable end (32). The handle (2) has an arc sheet swinging member (5) that is fixed on the base (1) via a pin (4). A lockpin (6) is fixed on the lower end of the swinging member (5) and cooperates with the connecting section (321) for depressing thereof. The two pressing members are fixed on two sides of the arc sheet swinging member (5). The arc filing mechanism according to the invention is convenient to use because an arc control handle that is provided inside the mechanism is applied to control the opening /closing of the mechanism. When the mechanism is in its opening position the handle will not block the movable end (32).
