PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent returned paper from being placed on an upper part of an actuator when the paper delivered to a delivery tray is returned to the delivery tray again after it is taken out by a user once. SOLUTION: The actuator 10 is provided with an arm part 11 and an abutment part 12. The abutment part 12 is turnably arranged at a border C1 of a base part 112 and a distal end 111. The arm part 11 is turnably mounted according to a stacking amount of the paper sheets P delivered to the delivery tray 20. The distal end 111 is extendingly provided so as to be directed in an upward direction as it is advanced to a front end P1. Therefore, the paper P returned by the user can be guided to a lower side of the base part 112 and the paper P can be prevented from being placed on the upper part of the actuator 10.
