NEW CINNAMIC ACID DERIVATIVE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND FERMENTED PRODUCT OF PROPOLIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cinnamic acid derivative having a good anticancer activity, a method for producing the same and a fermented product of propolis.

SOLUTION: This new cinnamic acid derivative is expressed by formula (1). The method for producing the new cinnamic acid derivative is provided by inoculating the mycelium of a Basidiomycota on propolis, fermentation-treating the propolis by the mycelium and then separating the new cinnamic acid derivative expressed by the formula (1).
