The invention relates to an exhaust manifold (12) consisting of: an outer casing (18) comprising an outer shell (22) and a flange (24) which is welded to the outer shell (22) and which is equipped with a surface (24B) that is supported by an engine head and at least one hole (28) which opens onto said support surface (24A); and at least one internal conduit (20) which is disposed in the outer casing (18) and which terminates in a hole (28). The invention is characterised in that: each internal conduit (20) is formed from a ceramic material; and each internal conduit (20) extends through the flange (24) by means of each hole (28) and comprises an extension (32) that extends outside the outer casing (18) towards the exterior and beyond the support surface (24A).
