<p>A structure for installing an auxiliary top blowing-type burner of an electric furnace is provided to improve operational stability by preventing a nozzle from being stuck by slag splashes of an inside for the electric furnace. In a structure for installing an auxiliary top blowing-type burner of an electric furnace, plural burner mounting holes(23) are penetrated vertically at plural spots of a large ceiling(20). The auxiliary top blowing-type burner(40) is inserted into the burner mounting holes from an upper part to a lower part. The auxiliary top blowing-type burner includes a plurality of nozzles(41,42,43) and a cooling jacket(44). The cooling jacket covers an inside of the burner mounting holes and receives and circulates coolant from a coolant supply hose(24). The cooling jacket keeps the plural nozzles inside. The cooling jacket is mounted at the large ceiling by a connecting plate(46) which is fixed integrally and by a bolt(47) jointing the large ceiling.</p> |
