Heading A4B. A curtain rail 15 is carried by a device 7 comprising a member 8 of sheet metal which may be screwed to the ceiling through slots 10 and on which is movably mounted a holding member 9 of spring wire associated with recesses 16 formed by in-turned flanges running along the upper side walls of the rail 15. The locating nose 14 of the member 8 and the U-shaped inwardly displaceable portion 12 of the wire member 9 engage to the recesses 16 as in Fig. 2. The part 14 may be replaced by a further portion 12 while the member 8 may be extended to include a wall-bracket and may incorporate an under cut recess to form the nose 14. Again, such a bracket may carry a movable member 9 secured in its operative position by a screw. |
