The plate (1) has a closing flap (4) arranged on a base plate (2) in a rotatable manner for closing a passage aperture (3). An embossed flat spring (6) is arranged in such a manner that bending angle of the spring in a preset pivoting angular region is smaller than an opening angle of the closing flap. The closing flap is brought from one position to another position by a restoring force of the spring against an opening direction. The spring is arranged in the direction rear to the flap. The spring is made of a metal e.g. spring steel, and plastic e.g. thermosetting elastomer or polymer.
