An apparatus for adjusting an angle of a torch rod is provided to facilitate adjustment of the slope of the torch rod by connecting the torch rod with links and an electromotive gear member. An apparatus for adjusting an angle of a torch rod comprises a frame(110a), an electromotive link(120) and an electromotive member. The frame has a reciprocation motor(112a) at one end thereof. The electromotive link is provided at the other end of the frame and rotates by the reciprocation motor within the certain angle. The electromotive member transfers driving force of the reciprocation motor to the electromotive link. A driving link has an upper end rotatably linked to one end of the electromotive link, and a lower end rotatably linked to a torch holder. A driven link(140) is bent from one end of the driving link. A connection link(150) has one end linked to one end of the driven link, and the other end linked to the frame.
