An extracorporeal radial shock wave medical device is provided to reduce the operation time of an extracorporeal radial shock wave medical treatment, a light irradiation medical treatment, and a low frequency medical treatment. An extracorporeal radial shock wave medical device(100) includes a housing(10), a shock wave carrier(20), a shock wave generator(30), a permanent magnet(40), a light irradiating unit(80), and a conductive member(90). The housing consists of a cap(11) and a body(12). The housing has a hollow. The shock wave carrier is inserted into the cap of the housing. The shock wave generator is interpolated into the housing. The shock wave generator is launched frontward by introduction of compressed air through a compressed air supply pipe(50) to collide into the shock wave carrier. The permanent magnet is coupled with the housing. The permanent magnet pulls the shock wave generator colliding with the shock wave carrier by a magnetic force to locate the shock wave generator at a target position. The light irradiating unit is mounted with plural light sources(81).
