A network device, a network manager, a management system including the network device and the network manager and a method of performing a clone process are provided to generate clone process status report data when a clone process is performed in a network device and transmit the clone process status report data to a manager automatically which transmits clone data to check the progress of the clone process easily. A network device(100) includes a storage unit(120), a controller(140) and a transmitter(130). The storage unit stores clone data and network manager position information. The controller performs a clone process based on the clone data and generates clone process status report data corresponding to the clone process. The transmitter transmits the clone process status report data to a network manager using the network manager position information.
