The absorber (300) has a rigid tubular element (310) mounted on itself in a sealed manner through a wall of a container (100) in which an electrically isolating liquid is locked in. A flexible pipe (330) has a conical part (316) mounted to cover an end part of the tubular element, which is partly provided inside the container. The flexible pipe has an end part that is tightly closed by compression. Threaded parts (320, 324) are formed on an external circumference of the part of the tubular element, which is partly provided outside the container.
