摘要 <p>The conversion material (22) for converting excitation light of a first spectral distribution into utilizable light of a second spectral distribution, comprises a component for the conversion phosphor in form of fine particles (24). The phosphor component is mixed with a solid light guidance component, which has high light permeability within the range of the first and second spectral distributions. The phosphor particle and the light guidance particle are uniformly mixed. The solid light guidance component has a permeability of 100% in a wavelength region of 500-600 nm. The conversion material (22) for converting excitation light of a first spectral distribution into utilizable light of a second spectral distribution, comprises a component for the conversion phosphor in form of fine particles (24). The phosphor component is mixed with a solid light guidance component, which has high light permeability within the range of the first and second spectral distributions. The phosphor particle and the light guidance particle are uniformly mixed. The phosphor component accomplishes a conversion of excitation light with a wavelength from 450-500 Nm into utilizable light with a wavelength of more than 500 Nm. The solid light guidance component has a permeability of 100% in a wavelength region of 500-600 nm. The utilizable light of a wavelength is 80 Nm larger than the wavelength of the excitation light. The phosphor component(s) are selected in such a manner that the excitation light and the utilizable light result(s) in a white light radiation with a color temperature of larger than 4000 K. The phosphor component and the solid light guidance component are selected in such a manner that 50 percent of the excitation light is converted into utilizable light. The solid light guidance component has volume content of 60% related to the total volume of the conversion material. The light guidance component comprises light guidance particle, which has an average grain size, which is larger about a 50-fold than average grain size of the phosphor particles. A matrix material is intended, which is translucent both in the first and in the second spectral region. An independent claim is included for an illuminating means for the production of light with two different spectral regions.</p>
