MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ALUMINUM SOLID ELECTROLYSIS CONOLENSER

A method for manufacturing an aluminum solid electrolysis condenser is provided to have a low ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance) in a high frequency domain by forming a uniform solid electrolysis layer inside a condenser device. A method for manufacturing an aluminum solid electrolysis condenser includes the steps of: manufacturing an impregnation solution by mixing monomers including silicon atom with an oxidizing agent in the ratio of 1:3~1:7; preheating the inside and outside of a condenser device with uniform temperature by far infrared rays so that the impregnation solution easily permeates into the device; impregnating the preheated device in the impregnation solution; and uniformly forming a solid electrolysis layer in a separator and an oxide film.
