A 3-direction opening/closing device of a portable terminal is provided to allow a cover of the portable terminal to be opened/closed in the third direction from a body, thereby offering convenience to a user to select a convenient opening/closing action. A central shaft(350) is fixed to the first body. The first rotational shaft(300) is rotatively combined with the central shaft(350), and combines the second body so that the second body is rotated in the first direction where one side is lifted up from the first body. The second rotational shaft(400) combines the second body so that the one side of the second body is lifted up from the first body in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction, while one section thereof is rotatively combined with the first rotational shaft(300) while the other section is fixed to the second body.
