A disposable biosensor is provided to improve the reliability on the quality of a biosensor product and solve the problem of short circuit caused by scratch with a socket of a measuring machine by having a double thin film electrode form electrode, thereby embodying a thin film electrode having thinner thickness. In a disposable biosensor(10) in which a reference electrode(12), a working electrode(13) and at least two insulator substrates(14a,14b) are layered in sequence, each of the reference electrode and the working electrode includes conductive thin film electrodes(15a,15b) which are closely layered to one side electrode surface thereof to prevent short circuit caused by scratch when being connected to the socket side of a measuring machine. The biosensor is characterized in that the conductive thin film consists of a carbon electrode.
