A power amplifier of an active sonar for the detection of an underwater target is provided to remove the interference between channels by suppressing the generation of harmonics through a random carrier modulation technique and uni-directional control. A power amplifier of an active sonar for the detection of an underwater target includes a signal processing layer(100) and a power amplifying layer(200). The signal processing layer has a signal generating unit which generates the signals of the whole channel of a signal pattern, a main control unit which controls the signal generating unit, a signal receiving unit, and the power amplifying layer, and a signal transmitting unit which is controlled by the main control unit and performs high speed communication. The power amplifying layer has a module control unit which controls at least one module in the power amplifying layer and a power amplifying unit which amplifies the signal output from the signal processing layer with high power, and performs the power amplification of the signal of each channel. |
