<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a generator which can stabilize a power generation voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The motor control device 1 includes: a map 8 which outputs map command values Id2, Iq2 corresponding to requirement values Vdc2 to be inputted; a current command value setting part 9 which sets current command values Id4, Iq4 on the basis of actual currents Id1, Iq1, and the map command values Id2, Iq2; a voltage command value setting part 17 which sets voltage command values Vd, Vq according to the current command values Id4, Iq4; and a PWM control part 18 which outputs drive signals S1 to S6 which turn on and off each switching element of an inverter 13 for driving a motor 11 on the basis of the voltage command values Vd, Vq.
