PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an ossa cranii valve to prevent it from dropping from a head opening part to the brain side by preventing it from projecting from the outer surface of the ossa cranii to the outside. SOLUTION: This bar hole button 1 is used for blocking a drilled hole 2 produced in a craniotomy procedure for cutting the ossa cranii valve 5 from the ossa cranii 4. The bar hole button 1 comprises a cylindrical main unit 1a having an outer diameter size substantially the same as that of the drilled hole 2, a first projection 1b that extends in the radial direction from a midway position in the longitudinal direction of the main unit 1a, is inserted between cortical bones 4a and 4b of two layers constituting the ossa cranii 4, and fixes the main unit 1a to the ossa cranii 4, a second projection 1b that extends in the radial direction from a midway position in the longitudinal direction of the main unit 1a and mounts the ossa cranii valve 5.
