<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing unit, an image display device, and a printer for preventing a frame that is not related to the content of a moving image, such as a black screen inserted to cancel discontinuity, from being printed and displayed when selecting an arbitrary frame from the moving image. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a frame designation means for designating an arbitrary frame for moving image data; a frame analysis means for analyzing the content of the frame designated by the frame designation means; and a frame determination means for determining whether the designated frame is related to the content of the moving image based on the analyzed result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
