<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppression control apparatus capable of securely and quickly suppressing vibration caused by a driving power generating source. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration suppression control apparatus 30 includes a vibration energy estimating unit 32, a velocity estimating unit 33, an output calculating unit 34, and a command timing control unit 35. The vibration energy estimating unit 32 estimates vibration energy caused by the driving power generating source of the vehicle, and the velocity estimating unit 33 estimates velocity of the driving power generating source and velocity of the vehicle from the vibration energy. The output calculating unit 34 estimates vibration caused by the driving power generating source based on deviation between velocity of the estimated driving power generating source and velocity of the vehicle, and calculates vibration suppression torque for suppressing the estimated vibration. The timing control unit 35 decides timing for transmitting a command for making the vibration suppression torque generate relating to the driving power generating source by considering a delay until indicated torque is outputted by the driving power generating source.
