<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional position correcting apparatus capable of cutting the overall computational amount, such that when comparing the features extracted position and attitude of an object at photographing time of the object of an arbitrary geometry or position and the attitude of a camera photographing the imagery from the images, by narrowing down the features extracted from a three-dimensional model of the object targeted, candidates of two-dimensional features. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional position compensator is equipped with an image feature extracting means 104 for narrowing down to extract the image features, required for matching with three-dimensional model features under predetermined image feature constraint conditions and a two-dimensional matching means 107 for narrowing down, to acquire feature correspondence information, concerning the correspondence relation between model features and image features under predetermined feature correspondence constraint conditions, by making the three-dimensional model features match the image features on a two-dimensional plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
