PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can diversify the performance display by a variable display means while reducing burden on the control of peripheral boards. SOLUTION: A variable display is made possible by arranging the mode in the normal symbol variation performance based on a processing by an individual command processing means (first performance mode) and the mode in a chance performance based on a processing by the uni-command processing means (second performance mode). Moreover, in the performance by the second performance mode, a variable display command signal relating to the variable display mode which is given the variable display time almost the same for many kinds of variable display modes is processed as the same command signal, thereby requiring no preparation of individual data for display for the many kinds of variable display command signals.
