The device for the production of ceramic granulates, comprises a mixing-mill-unit (10) consisting of an agitation unit (11) and continuously running agitator ball mill, and spray drying unit (20), which has cyclone separator beneath a spraying tower (21) and has condenser (23). A first pipe of the agitation unit over the mill that is arranged back to the agitation unit with a first feed pump, a second pipe of the agitation unit for the spray drying unit with a second feed pump and a valve circuit for change-over between the first pipe and the second pipe are intended.
