<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a magnetic shielding characteristic of an abutting part between one-side core part and the other-side core part constituting a main core, to reduce the influence of an introduction position of a conductor to be measured and the influence of an external magnetic field, to eliminate output of an offset signal, and to reduce influence on the conductor to be measured, and to reduce possibility of heat generation by a high-frequency large current. <P>SOLUTION: The main core 52 is formed by housing a flux gate sensor element 31 with ring core units 11 incorporated therein in a depression part 53 formed on at least one of facing surfaces of the one-side core part 63 and the other-side core part 73 each forming an annular shape and divided into two to freely face and match each other, and magnetic material layers 62 are formed on the inner peripheral surface 52 and an outer peripheral surface 52b of the main core 52 to shield voids 57 formed between the one-side core part 63 and the other-side core part 73 when they are faced and matched to each other, whereby the magnetic shielding characteristic is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
