PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery that exhibits enhanced cycle properties. SOLUTION: The electrolytic liquid with which a separator 23 is impregnated comprises as an electrolyte salt an ionic compound having an unsymmetrical structure such as lithium fluoro-trifluoromethyl[oxolato-O, O'] borate or the like. Thus, the electroconductivity of the electrolytic liquid is enhanced compared with the case that an ionic compound having a symmetrical structure such as lithium bis[oxolato-O, O']borate or lithium difluoro[oxolato-O, O']borate is contained as an electrolyte salt.
