PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combustion efficiency of a boiler by controlling ventilation of a building in which an indoor boiler is installed, while considering environment such as outdoor temperature, weather and damage by salt attack, and appropriately controlling density of air taken into the boiler by a forced draft fan. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an exhaust louver 11 discharging exhaust gas from the building, an intake louver 12 taking air into the building, a shutter 13 opening and closing a building doorway, open close motors 14a-14c opening and closing the exhaust louver, the intake louver and the shutter respectively, a bucket opening detector 15 detecting bucket opening of the forced draft fan, a forced draft fan inlet temperature meter 16 detecting air temperature at an air intake opening 33 of the forced draft fan 30, and a control part 17 controlling open and close of the exhaust louver, the intake louver and the shutter by operating the open close motors based on detection output of the bucket opening detector and the forced draft fan inlet temperature meter.
