PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with a rationally formed structure for a medium to flow to a tube body. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises a tube body 200 with a first channel 211 and a second channel 221; an inlet 310 and an outlet 320 for the medium flowing in the first channel; and an inlet 330 and an outlet 340 for the medium flowing in the second channel. In the heat exchanger, the medium flowing in the first channel and the medium flowing in the second channel are heat-exchanged with each other with the heat transmitted to the tube body. The tube body is composed of a plurality of flat first tubes 210 with the first channel and a plurality of flat second tubes 220 with the second channel which are layered on the first tubes. The plurality of first tubes and the plurality of second tubes are justified in the longitudinal direction and in the flat direction, and are alternately layered on one another. At an end of the tube body, the end part 210a of each first tube and the end 220b of each second tube are displaced from each other in the flat direction to be connected to the prescribed inlet or outlet.
