<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for a client which resolves uncertain factors of a price potential in an estimate sheet and reduces construction costs by considering the conventional existent estimate sheet acquired from a construction contractor by the client as a subject for the purpose of a bulidng work. <P>SOLUTION: A reduction support system of the construction costs extracts breakdown work types based on the conventional estimate sheet, collects the estimate sheet with unified specifications to an expert construction trader adapted to the work types and industries, recognizes the uncertain factors of the price potential in the conventional estimate sheet by comparison with a price in the conventional estimate sheet, clarifies reduction of the construction costs by an amount equivalent to comparison difference, selects an expert construction trader at low cost by comparison of construction prices, generates an amount of difference between reduction of the construction costs and the amount equivalent to the comparison difference by sparate order, manages cost fluctuation of the separate order amount and a reduction generation amount on a construction period list to attain resolution of the uncertain factors of the price and reduction of the construction costs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
