PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier that can provide a high gain in a high frequency and has improved current supply capability. SOLUTION: The amplifier includes an inverter 103, a bias setting circuit 101 which converts the DC level of an input signal to be input to the inverter 103, and an operational amplifier 102 which compares an input voltage and an output voltage of the inverter 103, the bias setting circuit 101 makes the input voltage of the inverter 103 equal with the output voltage of the inverter 103 using the output of the operational amplifier 102.
