FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves taking sample material from various brain regions during surgical intervention. The material is used for cultivating stable transplantable tumor cells strain. Stable growth pattern being achieved, the culture is reinoculated and exposed to treatment with cytotstatic preparations given in therapeutic concentrations. After having accomplished the treatment, the cells are let grow during 1.5-2 weeks. Then, the number of newly grown and survived cells is estimated relative to the number of inoculated cells.
