PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil agent composition capable of preventing or reducing damage of a fiber surface which is caused by friction in production of a carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber bundle. SOLUTION: This oil gent composition containing≥40 and≤90 mass% compound expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R1, R2are each independently a 11-17C alkyl group; A1, A2are each independently ethylene or propylene group: and (m) (n) are each independently 1 to 2] is attached to the carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber bundle having a multiple number of acrylic fibers.
