摘要 <p>The machine frame of a press section for the dehydration of a paper-, cardboard-, tissue- or any other fibrous material web (1) in a machine for the manufacturing and/or conditioning of fibrous material, comprises press rolls (4) forming press plate of the press section and a water absorbing and continuously rotating dehydrating band (11, 12, 13, 14) guided through the press sections near the fibrous material web. The ends of the press rolls are placed in a drive- or guide side supporting structure of the machine frame and the supporting structures of girders (2) and base are created. The machine frame of a press section for the dehydration of a paper-, cardboard-, tissue- or any other fibrous material web (1) in a machine for the manufacturing and/or conditioning of fibrous material, comprises press rolls (4) forming press plate of the press section and a water absorbing and continuously rotating dehydrating band (11, 12, 13, 14) guided through the press sections near the fibrous material web. The ends of the press rolls are placed in a drive- or guide side supporting structure of the machine frame and the supporting structures of girders (2) and base are created. The upper girders form upper edge of the supporting structure. The girders are connected to each other in such a manner that between them triangular free spaces (3) are created. The free spaces lie 1.5 m over the machine base. A shank of the triangular free space points to the machine base. The basis of the triangle runs parallelly to the machine base. The girders formed to an angle of the triangular free space pointing towards the machine base, are connected with the end of the girder, which supports itself on the machine base. The girders carry guide rollers embraced by the dehydrating bands running over the sheet of fibrous material. The supporting structures are free of distance pieces. The supporting structures stretch themselves over the complete press and are connected with each other over the cross beams. The dehydrating bands have opening and closing cross seams. The upper girders are arranged in a height over the machine base, which differs maximally 1.5 times of the diameter of the guide rolls. The upper dehydrating bands run in the area of the conditioning mechanisms in same height over the machine base. The guide rolls functioning as clamping rolls are supported at the upper girders. The clamping direction of the guide rolls is opposite to the neighboring, upper dehydrating bands.</p>
