MOBILE STATION, BASE STATION, AND METHOD OF TRANSMITTING AN UPLINK SCHEDULING REQUEST

A base station decides a transmission interval and a radio resource of a scheduling request transmitted prior to transmission of uplink data by a mob ile station device according to information indicating a state of the mobile station and/or service QoS information transmitted from the mobile station. The mobile station generates a scheduling request. According to the transmi ssion interval and the radio resource, the mobile station performs transmiss ion control of the scheduling request. The mobile station transmits a schedu ling request. According to the scheduling request from the mobile station, t he base station performs correlation detection and feeds back delay informat ion to the mobile station. The mobile station holds synchronization accordin g to the delay information transmitted from the base station.
