A method for preparing an organic luminescence device and an organic luminescence device prepared by the method are provided to reduce a driving voltage by performing a UV(UltraViolet) treatment after baking an anode film. A method for preparing an organic luminescence device includes the steps of: forming a first electrode on a substrate with a reflecting film; performing a surface treatment by UV irradiation after baking the surface of the first electrode; forming a fullerene buffer layer on the first electrode; forming a light emitting layer on the fullerene buffer layer; and forming a second electrode on the light emitting layer. The thickness of the first electrode is 50 to 70 angstrom, and the thickness of the fullerene buffer layer is 20 to 100 angstrom.
