A manual opening and shutting apparatus is provided to prevent a door or a window from being opened or shut by self-weight or external factor such as wind rather than manipulation of a handle. A manual opening and shutting apparatus comprises a reverse force prevention clutch bearing assembly, which transmits rotating force of a motor to a window or a door but inhibits reverse force from the window from being transmitted to the motor, on a path through which opening and shutting power is transmitted from the motor to the window or door. The reverse force prevention clutch bearing assembly is installed on a hinge of the window or door or a separate hinge. The reverse force prevention clutch bearing assembly is applied to the door of a vehicle. |
