The device has a contact module (50), which includes two contacts, which are designed as metal bands (52, 52`) and parallel to one another. A plug connector part (10) has two sockets (14, 14`), which are arranged right angled with respect to a longitudinal axis of the metal bands. The metal bands are electrically connected using the sockets. The two metal bands are differently long, and the two sockets are shiftably arranged to each other with respect to the longitudinal axis of the metal bands.
