An implant abutment adhered to a fine groove formed in a curved portion is provided to facilitate generation of cell tissue, to increase the thickness of a tissue layer around an artificial dental root, to increase propagation and movement of fibroblast, and to strengthen soft tissues around the artificial dental root, thereby preventing inflammation and relapse. An implant abutment(10) includes a curved portion(11) having a gradually increasing diameter in an upward direction. That is, the lower area of the curved portion has a smaller diameter than that of the upper end area of an artificial dental root(20) placed in alveolus. A plurality of fine grooves with length of 5-80 micrometers are formed at the circumferential edge of the curved portion. The artificial root has an insertion space(22) inside, a screw(21) composed of a screw thread(21a) and a plurality of cutting blades(21b) at proper places, and micro-grooves(23) formed at suitable positions of the upper portion of the screw.
