A mouse game-pad is provided to integrate a mouse and a game pad to decrease the price of the game pad and execute two functions using a single USB(Universal Serial Bus) terminal to reduce waste of a USB port. A mouse game-pad includes mouse buttons(10,11), mouse wheel(50), game pad buttons(12,13,14,15,16,17), an 8-direction adjusting button(40), a mouse cover(60), a switch button(30), and a main body(90). When the mouse game-pad is connected to a USB port of a computer, XP automatically recognizes the mouse game-pad. A central processing unit of the computer determines whether the mouse game-pad is recognized as a mouse or a game-pad according to the position of the switch button when the mouse game-pad is connected to the USB port. When a user converts the mouse game-pad to the game pad, the switch button is switched to the game-pad to send a signal to the central processing unit.
