The system has a memorization unit (52) with a corrective matrix, based on loading a particle filter. The unit stores initially learnt correction values of a regulator control signal for considering particle loading variation of the filter. Read arbitration units (48) and a decisional block trigger reading the correction value learnt in a memorization unit (51) or the unit (52). The unit (51) has a matrix of drifts due to dispersions of power control channel of a turbo compressor. Values of the matrix depends on an operating point of an engine e.g. heat engine, and an injected fuel flow. An independent claim is also included for a method for regulating boost pressure of a supercharged internal combustion engine.
