The device (10) has portable cylinder supports (46) positioned at opposed ends of an outer link by an operator. The supports respectively receive cylinders (44) simultaneously stressing hinge pins or ends of flanks of the outer link, and a common control device (48) is provided for the cylinders. The control device has a single hydraulic supply element (54) constituted of a hydraulic power supply unit, and an automatic hydraulic distributor (56) distributing a hydraulic fluid from the element to the cylinders for simultaneously moving the cylinders.
