A method for implementing the rubidium clock aging compensation to the integrated timing device and a relevant system and an integrated timing device. The integrated timing device includes at least the first rubidium clock. The said method includes: the said integrated timing device measures the difference information between the required reference clock signal and the first clock signal provided by the said first rubidium clock, and the frequency precision of the reference clock signal is higher than the frequency precision of the first clock signal. The said integrated timing device computes the compensation value according to the said difference information. The said integrated timing device makes the said first rubidium clock realizing the aging compensation through referring to the said compensation value.
