<p>A controllable LED light emitting apparatus comprises: a power supply (20); a control unit (21) connected to the power supply (20) and used for controlling the tricolor LED; an energy storing element set in the power supply circuit, and releasing the electric energy to the control unit (21) when the light emitting apparatus is in the power failure state; a power failure detecting circuit (23) connected between the power supply (20) and the control unit (21), used for detecting the power on or off state of the power supply (20) and transferring the state signal to the control unit (21). A light emitting control method of the controllable LED light emitting apparatus includes the following steps of: at first when the power is on, the tricolor LED emitting light according to a preset combined order; in the process of alternatively displaying multicolors, if a power failure is detected, then stopping the light emitting from the tricolor LED, and waiting for the power is on again; after the power is on again, letting the tricolor LED lock the color displayed just before the power failure.</p> |
