An apparatus for separating an under hung sheave block, a main trolley having the same, and a hot metal charging crane or a teeming ladle crane having the same are provided to easily exchange sheave blocks in a short time without using a separate special jig and a separate large-sized crane. An apparatus for separating an under hung sheave block includes a sheave block frame, a sheave block(30), a bearing block, and a maintenance arm assembly. The sheave block frame is fixed to a main trolley downward. The sheave block includes a plurality of sheaves(13), sheave bearings(14) supporting the sheaves respectively, and sheave pins(15) for coupling the sheaves to the sheave bearings. The sheave pins of the sheave block are supported by the bearing block. The bearing block is separably coupled to the sheave block frame. The upper end of the maintenance arm assembly is separably coupled to the sheave block and the upper end thereof is rotatably coupled to the sheave block frame. The maintenance arm assembly is rotated between a first position during the normal operation thereof and a second position where the sheave block is separated from a crane.
