<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of deciding a fuse in terms of a semiconductor device and a fuse deciding method. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 100 is provided with a fuse 102 which is formed on a semiconductor substrate (not illustrated), and is comprised of a conductor material; a contact conductor 108 which is arranged around the fuse 102 on the semiconductor substrate, and is formed in a manner to be connected electrically with the fuse through the conductor material forming the fuse 102, when the fuse 102 is cut; and a deciding section 115 which detects the presence or absence of electric cutting of the fuse 102 as well as the presence or absence of electric connection between the contact conductor 108 and the fuse 102, and decides that the fuse 102 is cut out when the electric cutting of the fuse 102 is detected or the electric connection between the contact conductor 108 and the fuse 102 is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
